What is the best way to maintain my high-carbon steel knives?
To prevent rust and maintain the edge, we recommend hand-washing your knives immediately after use, drying them thoroughly with a soft cloth, and applying a food-safe mineral oil periodically.
Do you offer professional sharpening services?
Yes, Cutlery and More provides professional mail-in sharpening services for all brands we carry. Please visit our Sharpening page for pricing and shipping instructions.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We offer a 60-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cookware or cutlery cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our premium brands, such as Wüsthof, Shun, and All-Clad, come with a limited lifetime warranty. We are an authorized retailer, so your purchase is fully protected under manufacturer terms.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the import process.
